Google Calendar Integration If you choose to connect Google Calendar, events may be synced between Tails Tracker and Google Calendar. Access is limited to authorised calendar functionality. Users may disconnect Google Calendar at any time. Invoice & Document Processing Certain features may use automated systems to extract information from uploaded documents. Information may be incomplete or inaccurate; users must verify extracted information. Tails Tracker accepts no responsibility for actions taken based solely on automatically extracted information. Emergency Situations The app is not an emergency service. Users experiencing a veterinary emergency should immediately contact their veterinarian, an emergency veterinary hospital or appropriate emergency services. Intellectual Property All app content, branding, graphics, software, educational materials and intellectual property remain the property of Tails Tracker unless otherwise stated. Users may not reproduce, distribute or modify content without permission. Account Security Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity occurring under their account. Shared Access Users may grant access to other authorised individuals. The account owner remains responsible for determining who has access to pet information. Limitation Of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tails Tracker shall not be liable for veterinary outcomes, medical decisions, missed reminders, incorrect data entries, loss of records, service interruptions or third-party integrations. Use of the app is at the user's own risk. Availability We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the application. Services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or technical issues. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activity or misuse the platform. Subscription Overview Tails Tracker operates on a subscription model. A subscription is required to access premium features following the completion of the free trial period. 7-Day Free Trial New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. The free trial begins immediately upon activation. Users may cancel at any time during the trial period. No subscription fee will be charged if cancellation occurs before the trial expires. Trial Reminder Tails Tracker will send an email reminder before the conclusion of the free trial period. Users remain responsible for managing and cancelling their subscription if they do not wish to continue. Subscription Charges Monthly Subscription: AUD $12.99 per month. Additional subscription options may be introduced in the future. Prices may be updated with reasonable notice. Auto-Renewal Disclosure Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges through your selected payment method. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed directly through those platforms. Cancellation Users may cancel their subscription at any time through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or any future web-based billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law. Users will retain access to subscription features until the end of the active billing cycle.
